1. What SmartRents does

SmartRents (smartrents.eu) is a car hire comparison site run by SMART RENTS SRLS, Via Salvatore Cerundolo 38, 73016 San Cesario di Lecce (LE), Italy. We show offers from rental companies that we read from our partner. We do not rent out cars ourselves on smartrents.eu.

On SmartRents you see the offers of the rental companies that work with our partner.

2. Prices and availability

Without dates we show the latest prices we read, for a 3-day rental. With your dates we read the offers at the moment you search. Prices and availability may change in the meantime: when you book, the price and conditions on the partner's site apply.

3. How to book

«View offer» takes you to the partner's site. That is where you conclude the rental agreement, pay and handle changes, cancellations and complaints. The rental itself is governed by the terms of the rental company and of the partner.

4. Ranking and remuneration

The order of the offers depends on the price and, for airports and stations, on the distance from the place you searched. You can sort and filter yourself. Nobody pays for a higher position.

SmartRents may receive a commission from the partner when you book a car. That commission does not change your price.

5. Use of the site

Use the site for your own searches only. Automated scraping or misuse of the site is not allowed; we may limit such traffic.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
