In the Miljøpakken Trondheim toll scheme a rush-hour charge applies 07:00–09:00 and 15:00–17:00. The stations are grouped into seven sections, and within a section you pay for only one crossing in 60 minutes.

Studded-tyre fee in Trondheim

Streets are swept in spring; Midtbyen is usually done by 17 May and the last week is week 24. Temporary no-parking signs go up at least 24 hours before, and cars not moved may be towed.

E6 toll east of the city
Vegamot's E6 Ranheim–Åsen project, whose Ranheim–Værnes section serves the road between Trondheim city centre and the airport, collects tolls at the E6 Leistad station, which currently stands at Ranheim. Collection began on 1 November 2023.
