Palma centre low-emission zone
Since 22 December 2024 central Palma, inside the ring of avenues (Avingudes) and the seafront, has been a low-emission zone. Only vehicles without a DGT environmental label need an authorisation; cameras read number plates, so no sticker is needed, and breaking the rules is fined €200. Public car parks inside the zone can be reached without authorisation if you use the access routes set out by the city council.
